  • How long will shipping take?

    While we try and get product out as quickly as possible, we do occasionally run into inventory issues. That being said, we will always try our best to get shipments out within one week of ordering.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales on olive oil, balsamic vinegar and gift baskets are final. Everything else is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

  • What do I do if product was damaged while shipping?

    We always do our best to prevent any damages, but we understand that accidents happen. When you receive a damaged product simply take pictures and email them to customerservice@garlicandoil.com along with a description of the product, the damages and whether or not you would like a replacement or a refund.
