FRISEE SALAD WITH MAPLE BACON VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  • Toss all salads together in a large bowl. Cook bacon and drain on paper, saving 1 T of drippings. Crumble bacon.

  • Sautee shallots in the bacon drippings for about 4 minutes.

  • In a small bowl, whisk balsamic, mustard, olive oil, shallots, salt & pepper together to make the dressing and drizzle over salad, then add crumbled bacon and bleu cheese to top.
